For first-time cleanings, we recommend our Deep Cleaning service. Our team will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and walk through your home to understand your priorities. The first clean typically takes longer as we address accumulated dirt and grime.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service. Regular maintenance clients can set up automatic billing for convenience.

We understand plans change! Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No, you don't need to be home. Many clients provide a key, door code, or lockbox access. We're fully licensed and insured, and all our team members are background-checked for your peace of mind.

Yes! We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including our eco-friendly products. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
